Permanent (CR-103) 180-16-195 Proposed revision to improve efficiency and streamline compliance requirements. The revision would require school districts to submit compliance forms electronically rather than mailing in paper forms. 180-16-210 Repeal is necessary due to changes to RCW 28A.150.250 that become effective September 1, 2011, as set forth in ESHB 2261, chapter 548, Laws of 2009. 180-16-215 Revision is necessary due to changes to RCW 28A.150.250 that become effective September 1, 2011, as set forth in ESHB 2261, chapter 548, Laws of 2009.
