     In accordance with RCW 34.05.230(12), following is a list of policy and interpretive statements issued by the department of social and health services.

Division of Child Support (DCS)

     Document Title: Policy Clarification Memo 10-014: Purging Archive Search File Copies.

     Subject: Changes in how the support enforcement management system (SEMS) will purge file copies of archive search (AS) copies of forms.

     Effective Date: December 16, 2010.

     Document Description: This policy clarification memo explains changes to DCS policies and procedures for purging file copies of AS copies and forms according to an established schedule to reduce the costs of data storage.
