     Please be advised that Washington state wine commission has changed the start time of the following regular meeting:

     From: Friday, December 3, 2010, 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.

     To: Friday, December 3, 2010, 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

     The meeting location has not changed (Washington State Housing Finance Commission, 1000 Second Avenue, 28th Floor, Seattle, WA 98104).
