     PROCLAMATION BY THE GOVERNOR

TERMINATING STATES OF EMERGENCY

08-07

I, Christine O. Gregoire, Governor of the state of Washington, under RCW 43.06.210, terminate the following proclamations:

1.	Proclamation dated December 3, 2007, which declared a state of emergency in Washington State for rain storm related damages.
2.	Proclamation dated July 10, 2008, which declared a state of emergency in Washington State for a high risk of wildfires.
3.	Proclamation dated July 17, 2008, which declared a state of emergency in Washington State for a damaged I-5 overpass in Skagit County.
