Document Title: Administrative Policy 3.00: Authority for Legal Forms.Subject: Authority for legal forms.
Effective Date: November 4, 2008.
Document Description: This was a sunset review of the policy that explains to division of child support (DCS) how the director of DCS delagates [delegates] authority to certain staff to initiate locate, establishment, and enforcement actions for the department, including the service of subpoenas.
