NOTICE OF APPEAL
Pursuant to RCW
34.05.330(3), you are hereby notified for publication in the Washington State Register that:
On September 25, 2014, the Governor's Office received an appeal from Will Knedlik relating to the Washington State Department of Transportation's denial of a petition to repeal or amend WAC 468-30-060. The Governor's Office denied the Petition on October 17, 2014.
