Notice of Interpretive or Policy Statement

     In accordance with RCW 34.05.230(12), following is a list of policy and interpretive statements issued by the department of social and health services.

Division of Child Support

     Document Title: Policy Clarification Memo (PCM) 12-005.

     Subject: Serving to collect for daycare expenses when the payee is the daycare provider and to collect for nonmedical expenses other than daycare.

     Effective Date: August 29, 2012.

     Document Description: This PCM clarifies the implementation of the policy in Canary Notice 282 regarding the collection of daycare expenses when the daycare provider is the payee of these expenses in the order, and the collection of nonmedical expenses other than daycare.
