     The Washington state convention center (WSCC) public facilities district (PFD) board of directors will hold a working retreat on October 29 and 30, 2012, to establish the WSCC PFD corporate goals and objectives and budget for fiscal year 2013. A board meeting will be held immediately following the retreat on October 30, where action may be taken to approve the WSCC PFD corporate goals for fiscal year 2013.
