Notice of Interpretive or Policy Statement
In accordance with RCW 34.05.230(12), following is a list of policy and interpretive statements issued by the Department of Social and Health Services.
Health and Recovery Services Administration Division of Rates and Finance
Document Title: Title XIX Medicaid State Plan Amendment 08-010.
Subject: Updates for federally qualified health centers and rural health centers.
Effective date: January 1, 2009.
Document Description: The department filed a notice of interpretive or policy statement regarding State Plan Amendment 08-010 on May 16, 2008, as WSR 08-11-068. SPA 08-010 will ensure the state's reimbursement methodology for FQHC/RHC managed care enhancement payments meets the requirements of the federal Benefits Improvement and Protection Act (BIPA) of 2000. The state has updated the implementation date to January 1, 2009.
