The Bellingham Technical College board of trustees will hold a special meeting on Tuesday, October 4, 2016, 11:00 a.m. - 12:30 a.m. [p.m.], in the College Services Board Room on the Bellingham Technical College campus. The special meeting will recess into executive session to review the BTC/BEA faculty collective bargaining agreement.
