Notice of Interpretive or Policy Statement
In accordance with RCW
34.05.230(12), following is a list of policy and interpretive statements issued by the department of social and health services (DSHS).
Developmental Disabilities Administration (DDA)
Document Title: Public Comment Notice for Proposed Developmental Disabilities Administration Waiver Amendments.
Subject: Basic plus and individual and family support waiver amendments are available for thirty days of public comment.
Effective Date: October 21, 2015.
Document Description: DDA within DSHS, in cooperation with the health care authority, is posting for public comment two proposed amendments for DDA's Medicaid 1915(c) Individual and Family Support waiver and one proposed amendment for DDA's Medicaid 1915(c) Basic Plus waiver. Each proposed waiver amendment is available at https://www.dshs.wa.gov/dda.
