In accordance with RCW 34.05.230(12), following is a list of policy and interpretive statements issued by the department of social and health services (DSHS).

Document Title: # Memo 10-59.Subject: Prescription drug program: Reimbursement for flu and pneumonia vaccine administrations.
Effective Date: August 1, 2010.
Document Description: Retroactive to dates of service on and after August 1, 2010, pharmacists who administer a flu or pneumonia vaccine to eligible clients may bill DSHS for an administration fee as described in this memo.
