In accordance with RCW 34.05.230(12), following is a list of policy and interpretive statements issued by the department of social and health services (DSHS).

Document Title: # Memo 10-56.Subject: Tribal health program: American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) tribal resource exemptions.
Effective Date: August 16, 2010.
Document Description: Retroactive to July 1, 2009, DSHS will use ARRA guidelines when determining eligibility for members of federally recognized tribes to receive benefits from medicaid and children's health insurance program (CHIP).
