Notice of Interpretive or Policy Statement

     In accordance with RCW 34.05.230(12), following is a list of policy and interpretive statements issued by the department of social and health services.

     Document Title: # Memo 10-55.

     Subject: Tribal health program: Indian health services (IHS)/office of management and budget (OMB) encounter rate increase.

     Effective Date: July 30, 2010.

     Document Description: This memo informs IHS and Tribal 638 health clinic providers of the following:

?	An increase in the IHS/OMB encounter rate retroactive to dates of service on and after January 1, 2010;
?	Changes to the state match for encounter effective August 1, 2010; and
?	Not to rebill paid claims.
