Notice of Interpretive or Policy Statement

     In accordance with RCW 34.05.230(12), following is a list of policy and interpretive statements issued by the department of social and health services (DSHS).

Adult and Disability Services Administration

Division of Home and Community Services

     Document Title: Public Notice.

     Subject: SPA 10-008.

     Effective Date: October 1, 2010.

     Document Description: DSHS proposes to implement a voluntary program entitled the aging and disability services chronic care management program. This program provides interventions to enrollees with chronic medical conditions and provides a system to ensure that required interventions and coordination with other health care providers support the enrollee getting needed services.
