Notice of Interpretive or Policy Statement

     In accordance with RCW 34.05.230(12), following is a list of policy and interpretive statements issued by the department of social and health services (DSHS).

Medicaid Purchasing Administration (MPA)

Division of Legal Services

     Document Title: # Memo 10-32.

     Subject: Enteral nutrition: Fee schedule and coverage table updates.

     Effective Date: July 1, 2010.

     Document Description: Effective for dates of service on and after July 1, 2010, DSHS will update the:

     Enteral nutrition fee schedule;

     DSHS/MPA enteral nutrition billing instructions coverage table; and

     Washington state expedited prior authorization criteria coding list with a new EPA number.
