In accordance with RCW 34.05.230(12), following is a list of policy and interpretive statements issued by the department of social and health services (DSHS).

Document Title: # Memo 10-27.Subject: Blood bank services: Fee schedule updates.
Effective Date: May 27, 2010.
Document Description: Effective for dates of service on and after July 1, 2010, DSHS will update the following fee schedules:
The blood bank services fee schedule with the updated medicare physician fee schedule data base year 2010 relative value units and clinical laboratory fees; and the injectable drug fee schedule.
