In accordance with RCW 34.05.230(12), following is a list of policy and interpretive statements issued by the department of social and health services (DSHS).

Effective Date: July 1, 2010.
Document Description: July 2010 fee schedule updates will be available from the department/MPA web site no later than their effective date, which is July 1, 2010. On the back of this sheet is a list of # memos that are, or soon will be, published. [No information supplied by agency.] Only programs with changes are included in the list. This memo replaces the usual DSHS/MPA postcard notification of individual updated publications.
