In accordance with RCW 34.05.230(12), following is a list of policy and interpretive statements issued by the department of social and health services.

Document Title: # Memo 10-24.Subject: Tribal health program: Rendering provider's NPI required to process claims in ProviderOne.
Effective Date: May 9, 2010.
Document Description: Beginning May 9, 2010, all encounter and fee-for-service claims require the rendering provider's national provider identifier on the claim. This memo explains a temporary process how an Indian health services provider or Tribal 638 Health Clinic provider may bill the department so claims NOT containing rendering provider information will be paid.
