Document Title: Policy Clarification Memo 08-007: Disbursing Pass-Through Payments on TANF Subro-Only Cases.
Subject: Disbursing pass-through payments on TANF subro-only cases.
Effective Date: September 17, 2008.
Document Description: This policy clarification memo explains to staff how to recognize cases when a collection is distributed to assigned support, and provides instructions about how to manually generate a pass-through payment if required by case circumstances.
