WSR 07-20-009 WITHDRAWAL OF PROPOSED RULES
GAMBLING COMMISSION [ Filed September 20, 2007, 9:57 a.m. ] Chapter 230-21 WAC was proposed in WSR 07-16-087 and adopted in WSR 07-19-070. Due to an inadvertent error, this same new chapter was also proposed in WSR 07-17-072 which is going to hearing on [in] October. We request that WSR 07-17-072 be withdrawn.Susan Arland
