WSR 07-20-007 WITHDRAWAL OF PROPOSED RULES
GAMBLING COMMISSION [ Filed September 20, 2007, 9:57 a.m. ] Chapter 230-16 WAC was proposed in WSR 07-16-088 and adopted in WSR 07-19-069. Due to an inadvertent error, this same new chapter was also proposed in WSR 07-17-071 with a hearing in October. We request that the second filing WSR 07-17-071 be withdrawn.Susan Arland
