New regulations are not required because traffic and parking requirements are explicitly and specifically dictated by RCW 46.61.235, 46.61.055, and 46.61.060.
Reasons Supporting Proposal: A rule on this topic is no longer necessary because traffic and parking requirements are explicitly and specifically dictated by RCW 46.61.235, 46.61.055, and 46.61.060.
Statutory Authority for Adoption: RCW 34.05.353.
