I am withdrawing the CR-101 preproposal statement of intent for R 2016-09, implementing RCW
48.43.016 published by the code reviser in WSR 16-10-052. This is being done because we have determined that rules are not needed to implement the legislation.
We will contact individuals that provided comments during the CR-101 comment period and make them aware that rules will not be pursued.
