Title of Interpretive or Policy Statement: Policy Statement VET 13-01 - Veterinarian-Client-Patient-Relationship.
Issuing Entity: Veterinary board of governors.
Subject Matter: The veterinarian-client-patient-relationship (VCPR) is the basis for interaction between veterinarians and their clients and patients. The policy statement describes conditions that determine when a VCPR exists.
