Notice of Special Meeting

September 19, 2011

     The board of directors of global operations and leadership development, a newly formed corporation whose sole member is Washington State University, will hold a special meeting on Monday, September 19, 10:00-11:00 a.m. The meeting will be held in the French Administration Building, Room 422B at Washington State University in Pullman.

     The purpose of the meeting is to take actions relating to the creation of the global operations and leadership development corporation to include adoption of bylaws, appointment of officers, authorization of operational agreements and delegations, and formation of a subsidiary corporation for operations in a foreign country.
