Notice of Interpretive or Policy Statement

     In accordance with RCW 34.05.230(12), following is a list of policy and interpretive statements issued by the department of social and health services.

     Document Title: Policy Clarification Memo 10-011: Electronic Certification and Transmittal of Court Orders - Clark County Pilot Project.

     Subject: Electronic certification and transmittal of court orders - Clark County pilot project.

     Effective Date: September 16, 2010.

     Document Description: This policy clarification memo (PCM) explains how DCS and the Clark County superior court clerk are piloting a procedure which will allow DCS to request and receive copies of court records electronically.
