Semi-Annual Agenda for Rules Under Development

January 2013

     Pursuant to RCW 34.05.314, the following is Washington State University's semi-annual agenda for Washington Administrative Code (WAC) rules under development for the period of January 1 through June 30, 2013. Additional rule-making activity not now anticipated may also be added as conditions warrant between semi-annual agendas.

     1. Chapter 504-45 WAC, Public records, rule-making amendments to the public records rules for WSU. Anticipate filing CR-101 in January 2013.
