Rule-Making Agenda
January 1 through June 28, 2013

     This is the environmental and land use hearing's office (ELUHO) rule-making agenda for publication in the Washington State Register pursuant to RCW 34.05.314. There may be additional rule-making activity not on the agenda as conditions warrant.

     Current rule making: The ELUHO and the growth management hearing board (GMHB) have adopted amendments to WAC 242-03-060, 242-03-015, 242-03-115, 242-03-230, and 242-03-240. See WSR 13-01-026. The purpose of these amendments is to correct physical location address, e-mail address and phone contact information; remove duplicative sentence; and clarify number of board members and provide phone numbers for service by telefacsimile. The amendments will be effective January 11, 2013.
     Anticipated rule making: During the next six months, the ELUHO, on behalf of the shoreline hearings board, anticipates amending chapter 461-08 WAC as necessary to make it consistent with amendments to the Shoreline Management Act. Some sections of the rules also need to be updated to reflect the agency's new name and address.
