     In accordance with RCW 34.05.230(12), following is a list of policy and interpretive statements issued by the department of social and health services.

     Document Title: Public Notice.

     Subject: State plan amendments (SPA).

     Effective Date: May 1, 2012.

     Document Description: The state is submitting medicaid SPA 12-007. This amendment changes eligibility for the medicaid personal care program to the nursing facility level of care standard.
