In accordance with RCW 34.05.230(12), following is a list of policy and interpretive statements issued by the department of social and health services.
Aging and Disability Services Administration Division of Home and Community Services
Document Title: Public Notice.Subject: State plan amendments.
Effective Date: May 1, 2012.
Document Description: The aging and disability services administration is submitting an amendment to the COPES home and community based services waiver. Effective May 1, 2012, this amendment eliminates the adult day health service from the COPES waiver.
