Section 67-35-425. Termination of vendor's agreement—Not affecting licensure.

- A vendor's agreement will be terminated without affecting licensure under any of the following three conditions:(1) When a vendor ceases to be a vendor of an existing vending facility by voluntary withdrawal in writing;(2) When the vending facility ceases to be a vending facility by revocation of the permit or contract by either the department or by building management;(3) When the vendor signs a new vendor agreement.[Statutory Authority: 1983 c 194 § 18.
