Section 67-35-380. Vendor responsibility—Reports.

- It is the vendor's responsibility to submit such reports of the operation of the vending facility at such times, and in such formats, as the department may from time to time require. The reports may include, but not necessarily be limited to, the following items for the reporting period: Gross sales, beginning inventory, purchases, ending inventory, gross profit, personnel costs, other expenses, total expenses, net profit, percentage of profit, other income and total profit.[Statutory Authority: 1983 c 194 § 18.
