Section 67-35-320. Vendor responsibility—Independent—Not state employee.

- The vendor is an independent vendor in the vending facility program and in no way can be considered to be an employee of the department. The blind vendor receives all profits from the vending facility except as provided for in WAC 67-35-140(4).[Statutory Authority: 1983 c 194 § 18.
