- The staff of the vending facility program is available to the vendor during regular office hours either in person or by telephone, to work with the vendor in resolving problems; and to develop procedures to secure a maximum net profit for the vendor; the maximum service to the patrons; and a feeling of cooperation between building management, the blind vendor and the department.[Statutory Authority: 1983 c 194 § 18.
