Chapter 67-25. Vocational rehabilitation and services for blind persons. |
Section 67-25-545. Notification of termination.

- The department shall provide written notification to every individual who has applied for services, in the individual's primary language if necessary, and using appropriate modes of communication, when a determination is made to terminate services to the individual. The written notice shall specify in detail the reasons for the decision to terminate services and shall clearly inform the individual of the right to mediation and fair hearing in accordance with WAC 67-25-570.
