Section 67-25-452. Vocational rehabilitation services provided—Other goods and services.

- (1) Other goods and services not described in this chapter may be provided to a customer when necessary to determine the individual's eligibility for services and rehabilitation needs, or when necessary for the individual to achieve an appropriate employment outcome.(2) Other goods and services, except those required for assessment of the individual, shall be provided only after consideration of comparable services and benefits in accordance with WAC 67-25-360.[Statutory Authority: Chapter 74.18 RCW.
