Section 516-21-140. Illegal possession and/or use of drugs.

- Illegally possessing, using, manufacturing, cultivating, packaging, distributing, selling, or providing a controlled or illegal substance, or being under the influence of a controlled or illegal substance while on university property or at an official university function, is a violation of the code. This includes, but is not limited to:(1) Possession of drug paraphernalia;(2) Driving on university property while under the influence of a controlled or illegal substance; and(3) Intentionally misusing or distributing prescription drugs.
