Section 51-54A-0403. Emergency preparedness requirements.

- 403.3.1 Fire evacuation plan. The fire safety and evacuation plan required by Section 404 shall include a description of special staff actions. This shall include a description for stabilizing patients in a staged evacuation or full evacuation in conjunction with the entire building, if part of a multitenant facility.403.5.4 Assembly points and fire operations. Assembly points shall not be in areas likely to be utilized for fire service operations.403.10.2 Group R-2 occupancies. Group R-2 occupancies shall comply with Sections 403.10.2.1 through 403.10.2.4.403.10.2.4 Group R-2 assisted living and residential care facilities. Assisted living and residential care facilities licensed by the state of Washington shall comply with Section 403.8.1 as required for Group I-1 Condition 2 occupancies.403.10.3 Group R-4 occupancies. This section not adopted.403.12.3 Crowd managers for gatherings exceeding 1,000 people.
