Section 51-50-481201. Section 1201—Historic buildings—General.

- 1201.1 Scope. It is the intent of this chapter to provide means for the preservation of historic buildings. It is the purpose of this chapter to encourage cost-effective preservation of original or restored architectural elements and features and to provide a historic building that will result in a reasonable degree of safety, based on accepted life and fire safety practices, compared to the existing building.
