- Permits for parades on university streets and roads on the Pullman campus may be obtained upon approval of the university chief of police. Permits for parades on university streets and roads at the Vancouver, Spokane, and Tri-Cities campuses may be obtained upon the approval of the person identified by the university, as set forth on the list of approving authorities available from the office of business and finance at the Pullman campus or by going online to the campus use committee web site.
