Section 504-24-025. University staff access to residence halls.

University administrators or designees, officers, agents, or employees whose duties include working with residence hall residents or programs, performing custodial, maintenance, or operations of residence halls, or performing safety, emergency, security, police, or fire protection services shall have access to residence halls at all times while in the performance of their assigned duties.
