Section 495E-116-180. Report of accidents.

(1) The operator of a vehicle involved in an accident on campus resulting in injury or death of a person or claimed damage to either or both vehicles exceeding five hundred dollars shall immediately report the accident to the vice-president for plant operations. Accidents occurring after the close of business must be reported the next working day. Within twenty-four hours after the accident, the operator shall file a state of Washington motor vehicle report.

(2) Other accidents may be reported to security for insurance record purposes.
