Section 495A-141-110. Pedestrian right of way.

- (1) The operator of a vehicle shall yield right of way to any pedestrian. Pedestrians shall not leave a curb or other place of safety and walk or run into the path of an oncoming vehicle.(2) When a sidewalk or crosswalk is provided, pedestrians shall utilize the sidewalk or crosswalk.[Statutory Authority: RCW 28B.50.140(10).
