Section 491-04-110. What are the requirements for a notice of hearing?

Latest version.

(1) All parties shall be served with a notice of hearing not less than thirty (30) days before the date set for the hearing.

(2) The notice shall include the date of the hearing, the time of the hearing, and the place the hearing will be held.
