Section 480-92-031. Customer records.

A site operator must maintain, at a minimum, the following records, by generator, at the disposal site for at least three years:

• Customer name and address;

• Type of service provided;

• Current rates;

• Billed amount;

• Amount collected; and

• Balance due.
