- (1) These rules do not relieve any pipeline company from any of its duties and obligations under the laws of the state of Washington.(2) The commission retains the authority to impose additional or different requirements on any company in appropriate circumstances, consistent with the requirements of law.[Statutory Authority: RCW 80.01.040, 80.04.060, 81.88.040.
