Section 480-149-010. Form and size of tariffs.

Latest version.

(1) All tariffs and supplements thereto must be in book, pamphlet or loose leaf form and printed or typed on hard calendered paper with not smaller than 8 point type, except that 6 point bold face type may be used for reference marks and except as provided in WAC 480-149-030 (1)(b).

(2) The size must be 8 by 11 inches or 8-1/2 by 11 inches except railroad local passenger tariffs which may be 4 by 9 inches.

(3) A margin of not less than five-eighths of an inch must be left for binding.
