Section 480-107-045. Pricing and contracting procedures.

(1) Once project proposals have been ranked in accordance with WAC 480-107-035 Project ranking procedure, the utility must identify the bidders that best meet the selection criteria and that are expected to produce the energy, capacity, and electrical savings as defined by that portion of the resource block to which the project proposal is directed.

(2) The project proposal's price, pricing structure, and terms are subject to negotiation.
