Section 480-07-920. Interpretive and policy statements.

- (1) General. Upon the petition of any person, or upon its own motion, the commission may make and issue interpretive and policy statements to advise the public of its current opinions, approaches, and likely courses of action.(2) Roster of interested persons. The commission will maintain a roster of interested persons, consisting of persons who have requested in writing to be notified of all interpretive and policy statements issued by the commission. The commission will periodically update the roster. When the commission issues an interpretive or policy statement, it will send a copy of the statement to each person on the roster.(3) Index of current statements. The commission maintains a file and an index of all currently effective interpretive and policy statements. The statements are available for inspection and copying at the records center in the commission's Olympia headquarters office and are posted on the commission's internet web site.
